Hello to the few who read,
OK, so i have fallen off the Dr. Poon Diet Miserably :( i just got so bored of all the same foods and so upset at not being able to eat ANYTHING everyone else eats, so i just stopped, and i ended up gaining 6 Lbs, so i stopped and thought about it for a few days, i needed to figured something out before i gained back the whole 52LBS i had lost, so i decided to start weight watchers, but on my own, i started yesterday and already lost 3 of those 6 Lbs that i had gained back! I like this system better as i can eat everyday foods as long as i stay within my points, i know lots of people who were successful with this system and alot who were not, but the same goes for dr poon or any other diet out there. I think i have the will power to, correction i KNOW i have the will power to follow this as i was able to cut myself off from EVERYTHING i loved for 5 months and lost 52LBS! However, if this system doesn't give me the results i am looking for, i know have the knowledge of Dr.Poon and can still go back to the Clinic as long as its not longer than 6 months! I think its important to your mind and your body to switch things up once in a while, otherwise you may go crazy and crash so hard that you end up worse off than before you started, and for me there is NO going back to being 286LBS, i gave away all of my bigger clothes, only clothes i have now are a little big, fit just right and a couple pairs of jeans i still need to lose to get into, i REFUSE to give up on my weight loss, my next summer i will no longer be ashamed to wear a bathing suit or a pair of shorts and a halter top, i will be able to walk in heels like i have always wanted to but never could because there was too much weight on my ankles!
my next big goal is to be under 200, and i am now 38Lbs away, i want to get there before the new year, but the new year is fast approaching so i think that goal may be a little far fetched considering i have already lost 52, well 49 as of right now...anyways i thought i would just update the few who read on where i am and where i plan to go with regards to my weight loss, i may have given up on Dr Poon for right now, but i have not given up on myself:)

September Update
Heeeelooooo,
Sorry i have not written in a while, i just kind of figured that no one read, but after talking to a few of my friends they all tell me that they read my blogs and watch my vlogs and look at my food pictures, so that's so good to know..Thanks:)
So here is my update, i didn't make it to 50LBS loss by my cousin's wedding, i think i was at about 46Lbs loss, but in my opinion and everyone else's, i still looked amazing, i had my gorgeous red dress on that i had bought from Le Chateau, i had HIGH wedged shoes on and i felt fabulous! Had the TIME of my life!
My confidence has gotten so much better now too, i have a higher self esteem and i actually make time for myself now, i do my hair, i wear make up i look in the mirror and actually see a pretty girl, been a long time since i could do that!
My last couple weigh ins were not that great, only lost 2 Lbs each time and i know exactly why, i went to the wedding and ate to my hearts content, that whole weekend actually and ended up gaining 5 Lbs, so i had to work super hard that week and ended up losing 7Lbs but obviously at the office i had only lost 2 because i had gained 5 between the weigh ins! Anyways, i do know HOW to get back on track after i fall off track...its just having the will power to not fall OFF track in the first place that i am struggling with a bit! I guess with the end of summer and all the celebrations lately it has caused me to cheat, but as long as i don't allow myself to get back to where i was i should be fine..i have been doing good this past week ( with the exception of an ice capp and a bagel for lunch one day) I started school on Tuesday, i need to upgrade to get into the college course i want( Teaching elementary) anyways there is a Tim Hortons and a KFC right by the school, i didn't bring anything for lunch so i went to timmies, i know i could have gotten a wrap or something healthier, but i really wanted to try the new sun-dried tomato, asiago Parmesan bagel, so i did with LIGHT cream cheese..wasn't worth the cheat, it was good, but carbs make me feel like CRAP now and eating that destroyed me BLAH, never again, learned my lesson!! But i do walk to school and back everyday! Drop Andrew off at daycare and continue on my way..today i had to go to the pharmacy which is about a 25-30 minute walk or 10 min bike ride, i decided to attempt to bike ride...my legs with like jello when i got there, its not like riding the exercise bike in the gym for 10 minutes at all!! But when i got back home, i felt great, a little sore but great! i also weighed myself and for the VERY first time saw 236LBS, do you remember what i was when i began?? 286LBS so i have OFFICIALLY hot my 50LB mark!! YAY, i have been sitting at 45-48LBS for over a month and just been telling everyone i lost 50 because i was close enough to it, but now its OFFICIAL! im so proud, now all i can think of is, if only i can get rid of 37 more LBS, that will bring me UNDER 200Lbs!!! That is my next BIG goal..my first BIG goal was to lose 50Lbs and i did that in just over 4 months, wondering how long the next 37 will take me, i just need to work harder and exercise more, drink more water and stay strict with my diet...
well im going to post a few pictures for you, a couple before and afters and some wedding pictures

Aug.4,11 My weigh Loss is slowing
Hello to the select few who actually read my blog,
Sorry its been 3 weeks since i last wrote, but i pushed my weigh in forward another week because i didn't lose any weight and i didn't want to show up at the appointment weighing the same i did 2 weeks prior, so i rescheduled for today. My appointment went ok i suppose Lost 3 pounds, but the doctor told me that it was only water i lost and that my fat was the same:( So i told him that i haven't been doing anything differently these last 3 weeks than i have been all along, so he suggested that i started to add a couple phase 2 items back into my diet per week so that my body gets some good sugars and good carbs back in its system and then we will suddenly go strictly back to phase 1 and that may kick start my weight loss again, plus i am to drink plenty MORE water and exercise more! I seem to struggle with finding time to exercise, i go on my wii maybe once a day for about 20-30 minutes but that obviously isn't enough! Oh and i doubt i am making my goal of being at the 50Lb mark by my cousin's wedding on the 26th! although one can hope and try!! I hope just to get into the 230's again I'm currently sitting at 245, i haven't been this weight in years and once i hot the 230's i probably haven't been that weight since i was about 19/20 years old (I'm 27 now), just guessing tho because i never weighed myself back then because i could care less! Can you believe that just 3 short months ago i was just 14Lbs away from 300!!!!! Now I'm closer to 200 than i am 300!
Its nice when trying on clothes now, all my older stuff is so big on me and now when i go shopping i don't have to shop in the plus size section (unless I'm buying jeans) i went from a size 3XL to and XL and a 26 to an 18 just a few more pant sizes and i wont be plus sized at all!
although all of this is great, I'm far from finished, i still have 95LBS to go to meet my ultimate goal of 150LBS!
well its time for my little one to have a bath and go to bed, so i will write soon with some recipes and such and to update you on my progress!

July 14th weigh in
So i went to my appt yesterday and was down another 7Lbs. my last weight in i was 255, now im 248! i have broken through to the 240's, i have not been this weight since before i had my 6 yr old! my starting weight again was 286 so im down 38 Lbs in 2 & 1/2 months!! im sure i will hit my 40Lbs lost by next week! i cant wait to hit 50!! hoping to hit 50 by the time i go to my cousin's wedding on august 26th, so i have to step up my game a little, more extensive workouts more often! Also now that i am down almost 40 Lbs, i feel great (except when i forget to eat) but being overweight, i have always been so lazy, im ashamed to say my apartment was always a disaster because i never wanted to get up and clean, just wanted to sit on the couch and eat and watch tv or play around on my laptop, but lately my place is looking great, dishes always done, beds always made, constantly doing laundry! its a big job picking up after 4 boys and cooking for all of them, especially since i have to cook two different meals (one for the 4 of them and one for me)! But i'm keeping on top of it all now that i have more energy to do so!
Well there is my update, will update you again in 2 weeks time. I'm off to make myself some breakfast and then do my daily chores and pack for our weekend at the trailer!

Update June 2011
ok, my 3rd weigh in was last Thursday and i didn't make a blog about it like i usually would, i apologize. My last weigh in went great, i lost 8 Lbs, doctor told me i actually lost 9Lbs of fat and gained a pound of water, so he told me to drink more water, about 3Litres a day, which i have NOT been following at all!! i drink maybe one bottle of water a day and a few cans or glasses of diet pop!! So i definitely need to work on that!! Also he told me to get in about 115 minutes of exercise a week and no less than 10 minutes at a time! i Need to work on that too, all i ever do is walk (because i don't drive) But i have soooo many fitness games for the Wii but i never play them and i don't even know why! i have Dance Dance revolution that my hubby bought me for my birthday back in may and i used it like a handful of times, i have a games called dance workout, i have Wii fit plus, i have Your shape with Jenny McCarthy, i bought one i never opened called 10 minute cardio, i don't know why i lack the motivation to exercise, i`m sure i would just be dropping the pounds even more than i am now if i just exercised everyday!! Somewhere throughout all of the dieting and lifestyle change i decided to pick up smoking again, i know i know, bad, very bad!! The hubby and i quit back in September 2010, so he is gonna be celebrating a year smoke free in a couple months, and stupid me couldn't even make it a year!! i`m disappointed in myself but at the same time i don't want to quit again:(
Today my scale is telling me that i am 258, last week at my weigh in i was 259, I'm hoping to drop a few more pounds before my next weigh in on June 30th! i must be losing inches though, yesterday was my 6 year old's kindergarten graduation and i was going through my closet like crazy trying to find something nice to wear, everything i owned looked awkward one me (too big)! i finally settled with a pair of brown Capri's (size 24) and a black satin shirt that had a tie under the breast around the back so i just tied it tighter than i usually would, well let me tell you, i was soooo uncomfortable, my shirt kept falling off my shoulders, my pants kept falling down and i had to keep hauling them back up when no one was looking, i felt like a slob! i don't want to go buy new clothes because i plan on losing a lot more! But i went to Giant Tiger yesterday evening and made straight for the clearance rack, i found a pair of jeans in my size, (size 24) for $5 they were really nice, i was going to buy them but then i thought no i should buy a smaller size so that i can use them as motivation to lose weight to fit into them, because they really were nice jeans, usually $40 for $5, cant go wrong!! so i picked up the size 20, like i said my size is 24/25, so i figured in a couple months if i do it right, i will be able to fit into them!! This morning i decided to try them on to see how much weight i need to lose to be able to get them on or zip them up or what not, and they fit, they actually fit!! i could not tell you the last time i wore a size 20!! It feels great!! My cousin is getting Married at the end of August, my goal is to lose enough weight to be bale tp go into any store i want to buy a dress for this wedding, right now i can only shop at walmart, zellers, giant tiger, addition elle and Pennington's, i don't want to buy my dress from a store like walmart ( even tho i LOVE their clothes). i don't want to be limited on where i can shop, so i`m going to kick my ass for the next few months and get myself at least into an XL, since i wear about a 2XL now!!
OH i also wanted to share with you what i had for dinner last night, it was delicious!! i don't have the pic right now i took it on my hubby`s phone and he is at work, but they all had Pizza for dinner and of course i was craving it sooo badly, so i made my own!! i have this crepe mix i got from the Dr.Poon store, it has 0Net carbs, so i used that as the crust, i just made it thicker like a pancake instead of a crepe, then i sauteed up some green pepper, zucchini, and and chunks of chicken breast, i spread some Walden Farms Tomato Basil sauce (also from the store at the clinic) then i spooned on the toppings from the frying pan and topped with some shredded allegro cheese and baked it for about 30minutes until the cheese was melted and the crust wasn't as soft anymore! This was one of the best things i have ever eaten on this diet, i almost felt like i was cheating, i will definitely be making that again!! i will post the picture once i get it off of hubby's phone!
Anyways thats my blog for this week, i will let you know how the next weigh in goes!!

A month into my new lifestyle
Ok, so all my freaking out about not losing enough,
I had my appt, and while waiting in the waiting room i thought, omg i have to pee, i better do that before i get weighed in, i don't want my full bladder to effect my weight loss, so off i go frantically searching for the washroom because i want to go pee and get back before they call me in, i find the washroom, do what i need to do, wash my hands and was ready to leave with my wet hands because i didn't have 5 Minutes to dry my hands under a dryer, but they had this new age hand dryer which drys your hands in like two second, modern day technology is fascinating, anyways, i get back to the waiting area and the nurse or assistant or whoever she is picks up a clipboard and calls my name, so in i go, she told me when i was ready to step up on the scale, so off came my flip flops, off came sweater, even took my sunglasses off my head, as i stepped on the scale i was very tense at first but it quickly came to me that i may appear heavier if i tense up, so i quickly relaxed my body, when the scale beeped, i was afraid to look, expecting to only see 273 or 271 at the very least, but to my surprise, 267, i was ecstatic...This was June 2nd and when i 1st weighed in on May5th i was in the 280s, so i flew out of the 280s into the 270s and now the 260s...feels good, i cant wait for the days i once again enter ONEDERLAND!! i LOVE that term (it means your weight starts with a ONE) for most people that's all their weight has ever begun with (expect when they were a kid) for for an overweight person, entering back into ONEderland is something to celebrate over, i hoping i can get there by Christmas time but no rush, i have been carrying this weight around for a decade now so it really doesn't matter how fast it comes off, as long as it comes off!!The way i look at it is, it took me 10 years to get this big so if it takes a year or two or three to get it off, so be it!! Since the weigh in, i lost another LB, so im officially down 20Lbs! and To me it doesn't look like alot, whats 20lbs to someone who was almost 300! But people are starting to notice, i actually had an o;d co-worker see me across the street and we yelled Hello at each other through the traffic and i heard her say, omg you look great, you soooo skinny...all i did was LOL a little, i know im not SKINNY but that was nice of her to notice iv been losing, couldn't tell you the last time someone called me Skinny! Also Ran into a friend yesterday that i haven't seen since before i started with Dr. Poon and she said, wow you look amazing how much weight have you lost.. i talked to my sister who i see all the time and asked her, what is everyone seeing, i don't see myself as anything different...she told me that i looked cleansed, i appear to be much healthier and you can totally see that in my face...it feels good!! i cant wait to get closer to my goal!!
i bought myself some more stuff from the Ontario nutrition store at the office, this time i got myself some snacks, like jerky, chocolate, chocolate, chocolate some pepperoni sticks, some chocolate, got some spaghetti sauce, bread, cheese, cereal...to get me through, next time I'm buying ALLLLLL snacks, i find it hard when I'm out and i get hungry because there is nothing i can have, i cant just buy a snack from the store! Yesterday we all went to walmart and i didn't eat lunch before we left so i was starving, so my kids had a wrap from McDonalds and i scanned that menu for something i can have, then i noticed a Cesar side side, i would just not use the dressing or cheese or croutons and add grilled chicken, and so i did and it was soooo good but i want to avoid eating out because I'm not in control of what is put into the food and i don't want to sabotage my weight loss because they put too much sodium or something into my food...
Today I'm going to sit down a plan out this weeks menu, know what I'm cooking everyday for breakfast lunch and dinner, i heard from fellow Pooners that it makes your life 1000x easier...so I'm going to give it a try
Anyways, I'm feeling kind of hungry as its 10 o Clock and i still have yet to have breakfast so im gonna head to the kitchen and see what i can throw together.

But people are starting to notice, i actually had an o;d co-worker see me across the street and we yelled Hello at each other through the traffic and i heard her say, omg you look great, you soooo skinny...all i did was LOL a little, i know im not SKINNY but that was nice of her to notice iv been losing, couldn't tell you the last time someone called me Skinny! Also Ran into a friend yesterday that i haven't seen since before i started with Dr. Poon and she said, wow you look amazing how much weight have you lost.. i talked to my sister who i see all the time and asked her, what is everyone seeing, i don't see myself as anything different...she told me that i looked cleansed, i appear to be much healthier and you can totally see that in my face...it feels good!! i cant wait to get closer to my goal!!
i bought myself some more stuff from the Ontario nutrition store at the office, this time i got myself some snacks, like jerky, chocolate, chocolate, chocolate some pepperoni sticks, some chocolate, got some spaghetti sauce, bread, cheese, cereal...to get me through, next time I'm buying ALLLLLL snacks, i find it hard when I'm out and i get hungry because there is nothing i can have, i cant just buy a snack from the store! Yesterday we all went to walmart and i didn't eat lunch before we left so i was starving, so my kids had a wrap from McDonalds and i scanned that menu for something i can have, then i noticed a Cesar side side, i would just not use the dressing or cheese or croutons and add grilled chicken, and so i did and it was soooo good but i want to avoid eating out because I'm not in control of what is put into the food and i don't want to sabotage my weight loss because they put too much sodium or something into my food...
Today I'm going to sit down a plan out this weeks menu, know what I'm cooking everyday for breakfast lunch and dinner, i heard from fellow Pooners that it makes your life 1000x easier...so I'm going to give it a try
Anyways, I'm feeling kind of hungry as its 10 o Clock and i still have yet to have breakfast so im gonna head to the kitchen and see what i can throw together.

Tomorrow is my 2nd weigh in
Soooo,
Tomorrow i go back for my next weigh in since i lost my first 12Lbs..im really worried because the Dr told me to lose 6Lbs or more and my scale keeps saying im between 271-274Lbs, i was 274 after my last weigh in, so my dr is expecting me to weigh 268 or less, i dont understand why the weight isn't coming off, i had a couple bites of things i shouldn't have up north the weekend after my weigh in, but after that weekend i came home and realized i didn't lose a pound, so i never made that mistake again, i became very strict with my phase 1 diet and i even added the gym into my routine for an hour 3-4 times a week and when i wasn't at the gym i was walking around town...the last few days i have become so discouraged that i don't even feel like eating:( yesterday, i only had breakfast and a few little snacks throughout the day, then after i cooked dinner for my hubby and kids i went to the gym for an hour and a half...today i have a few errands to run and they involve quite a bit of walking!! well my 6 yr old and 15 month old are impatiently waiting to go for a walk, so i will write another blog tomorrow after my weigh in, maybe friday morning depending on how im feeling!

Dr. Poon Appointment May 19th
Soooo,
i had my 1st weight in after being on the diet for 2 weeks, im very proud to say that i lost 12Lbs, yay!! im happy with that, i hope i can lose another 12 for my next appointment, even tho the Dr only expects me to lose about 6Lbs, he says you lose the most in the 1st couple weeks because the diet is so new to your body, but after it gets use to eating a certain way the weight loss slows dramatically!! I dont want to hear that, i still have 122Lbs to lose, so it better not slow for a while!! after my appt i went to the Store in the office and treated myself BIG TIME !! got pancake mix and syrup, hot cereal vanilla Almond flavor,Walden farms dressing, pork rinds, protein shake mix, hummus, jalapeno cheese crisps, shirataki noodles, fettuccine, angel hair and spaghetti style, and the yam shirataki noodles in white and brown, Alfredo sauce, 2 loafs of power flax bread and chocolate muffins...omg spent a fortune but at least i will have a variety the next 2 weeks..i think im more motivated now that i have all of this to keep me going:)
Last night i tried the fettuccine tofu shirataki noodles with the Alfredo sauce and added chicken breast to it for my dinner last night, i have to say, it didn't taste so great!! The Alfredo sauce was kinda sweet which i find odd since there is no sugar in it, and it really didn't taste like Alfredo sauce at all, i added garlic and a small spoon of allegro vegetable cream cheese to make it taste a bit better. The shirataki noodles were very rubbery and hard to chew, going to take some getting use to. I tried to have a half of the chocolate muffin for dessert but that was very dry and bland, couldn't even get half of it down. this morning i tried the vanilla Almond hot cereal, and added some bacel margarine and a packet of sweetener and that was discussing too!! i spent almost $100 on a bunch of stiff i don't like!!
geese listen to me, i sound like a spoiled brat, complaining and throwing a fit, its all just going to take some getting use to, i don't even need to eat this stuff really, i just wanted to treat myself with some different foods, i lost 12Lbs the first 2 weeks and didn't have anything from the store, so if need be, that's what i will have to do if i cant get use to the food.
I'm going to the trailer this weekend and that's where i usually do alot of eating, but my plans for the weekend's menu are: BBQ Haddock Fillet's with a Garden Salad for Saturday and Sunday i plan on having BBQ Shrimp and Veggie Kabobs..for snacks i will have some veggies with hummus maybe a cheese crisp or two and lots of water, diet coke and what always helps, sugar free gum:) Should have bought myself some chocolate from the store, stupid me, didn't buy many snacks this time.
well i shall get packing for the trailer, have to pack for me, the hubby and 3 kids!! should be fun:)

My 1st two weeks of my new Life
My 1st appt; i didn't know what to expect, i was a little frightened on what to expect, i have heard very mixed reviews on this Dr and his harsh diet. In the waiting area as i read through the papers,i got this awful feeling in my stomach. They were asking me what i usually eat and a normal day and part of me was so ashamed that i wanted to lie, but obviously once they take one look at me they'd know i wasn't eating very well.
so they call me in and asked me to take off my socks, and all i could think is omg, my feet look terrible, then asked me to step on the scale, when my weight showed up i was so embarrassed 286LBS!!! This is the biggest i have ever been, last i checked i was 245LBS that was when my baby was about 6 weeks old, so about 13 months ago, i was completely shocked to see how much i had gained in a year, and thought, if i go on like this, 40Lbs a year i will be over 400Lbs by the time i turn 30 in 3 years!
i was then sent to another room where i met one of the Doctors, he took a look at what i eat and basically crossed out everything, including what i thought were good things, only things he kept on there was meat and diet coke, i was ecstatic that i could keep drinking my diet coke:)
After my appt, i decided to take a look around the Ontario Health Store, i was really quite lost and didnt have much money, so i decided to pick up a little pack of Jelly belly jelly beans, a little baggie of about 20 sugar free gummie bears and a small package of vanilla macaroons, that alone cost me almost $14. Later in the week i realized i should have spent that money on some tofu noodles or salad dressings or flax bread.
i started taking pictures of the meals i did make and posting them on my facebook for my friends to see and got some incredible support and also some people talking me down about the diet and how unhealthy it is, i had some people telling me how disgusting my food looked and others telling me how delicious it looked.
i Go back for my 1st weigh in on May 19th and although i wanted to have lost like 15Lbs, i think im lucky to have even lost 10 because of my lack of exercise, sure im eating better but im still just sitting around, until Sunday the 15th, i got Dance Dance Revolution for my birthday and just started using that, but beginner level doesn't give you that much of a work out and i would never be able to keep up with anything other than that right now.
The following are some pictures of some meals i have made or eaten over the past 2 weeks
3 egg white/1 egg yolk omelet with spinach and mushroom wrapped in a romaine lettuce leaf
Salad with romaine lettuce, green pepper, cucumber and grilled chicken strips No dressing
3 egg white/1 egg yolk omelet, with spinach, mushroom and garlic ( a fav of mine for breakfast you will notice)
Stuffed green pepper, with extra lean ground beef, chopped green pepper, mushroom, garlic, celery, pepper
egg white omelet wrap with spinach, mushroom, garlic and jalapeno allegro 4% lactose free cheese(found at walmart)
Beef and veggie stir fry topped with a little allegro cheese
1st time eating out, at Tim Hortons, i got the chicken wrap, without tomatoes or sauce, added cucumber,ate what was in the wrap and gave the actual pita for my son
extra lean ground beef, with mushroom, green pepper, garlic, cucumber, celery on top of romaine lettuce
AGAIN a spinach and mushroom omelet
by far my FAVOURITE meal...Sheppard's pie made with cauliflower instead of potatoes, soooo Delicious!!
my lunch one day; Spinach and garlic sauteed with Tofu and a side of grilled zuchinni
grilled skinless chicken breast with a side of green bean, spinach and mushroom mix
i attempted to make extra lean gound beef burger ( without a bun of course) and it turned out extremely dry and honestly uneatable, so i made a broccoli sauce with a tbsp of 5% cream and small cube of allegro cheese and blended it to a puree and topped the burgers with it and it was actually delicious.
so there you have it, i know some of the meals may not seem very appealing, but the meals i use to prepare consisted of hot dogs and fries, pizza, fried chicken legs with potatoes and corn, i never had to create my own meals from scratch, so please bare with me as i learn, and i'm very open to suggestions and meal ideas.

from the begining
Let me start from the beginning, I'm Stephanie, I'm 27 years old, and i have 3 adorable little boys aged 9,6, and 15 months....I'm currently struggling with my weight. i have been over weight since i had my 1st child almost 10 years ago, was only slightly overweight back then and have just kept packing on the pounds ever since, before Dr. Poon i was at my heaviest weight ever and was beginning to become depressed, i was a smoker but quit back in September 2010 and put on even more weight. i was desperate to lose this weight once and for all, so i went on youtube for suggestions. i watched a few video's of people who have had gastric bypass and their incredible transformations from 300Lbs to 120Lbs in less than a year and i was convinced that this was my only way out!! i was sure that my Dr would agree considering that weight related health issues run in my family and i thought i presented a great case as to why i would be the perfect candidate for this surgery. unfortunately my hopes and dreams of being a happy thin person in just a few months were crushed when my Dr told me that the surgery was for people who were older than me and bigger than me and who have tried absolutely everything they could to try and lose weight and failed, he also told me because of all this, OHIP would never agree to cover the cost for me. i wanted to cry right there in the office.
My Dr. then asked if i had ever heard of Dr.Poon and explained that he was a Dr who specialized in weight loss and was covered by OHIP. and then he sent off the referral, Little did i know how much my life was about to change.
